Katie, we are grateful to you for giving us such a lovely thankyou. We feel like Jacob is our hearts grandchild and we miss him so much. It is wonderful knowing that he has such a wonderful family to grow up in and I thank God that you are his forever family. He is a lucky boy and you all are the luckiest of parents!
